Buddhist-Based Recovery Meetings

The Buddhist-Based Recovery approach understands that “All beings have the power and potential to free themselves from suffering.”

We practice mindfulness, compassion, forgiveness, generosity, and equanimity to heal the pain and suffering that addiction caused in our lives, the lives of our loved ones, and all other sentient beings we have impacted.
