Join us for a day of focused meditation practice. This silent retreat will center around the Seven Limb Practice, designed to cultivate compassion, mindfulness, and wisdom. Whether you are new to Tibetan Buddhism or have been practicing for some time, this retreat offers an opportunity to deepen your connection to these transformative practices in a fresh, meaningful way.
3-4 Meditation Sits: All focused on the Six Preliminaries and Seven Ingredients.
Guided instructions will be provided.
Mantra Recitation: We will chant and immerse ourselves in the power of mantra practice.
Potluck Lunch: Bring a dish to share as we nourish ourselves in both body and spirit.
Sojong Offering: Closing with a fire puja to practice setting our intention following the retreat.
